The Art Storefronts Organization has verified that this business has provided a returns & exchanges policy for all art purchases.
Description of Policy from Merchant:
We strive to provide you with a very clear picture of what you will be getting, with the ability to zoom into images and the Wall Preview and Live Preview AR. Therefore, I will not accept exchanges for different sizes and custom crops. Requests for exchange for comparable artwork of > $150 will be considered if made within one week of receipt. You will have to pay to have the item you wish to replace shipped to me.
Of course any item damaged in shipping will be replaced as long as you notify me within three days of receipt. Please keep all packing material and damaged product along with some photos (phone is fine). Contact me at email@example.com with your order number, and pictures of your damage and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
